Most of our premium equipment, including our Bogu and Iaito, is handcrafted by master artisans in our workshops located in Kyoto, Japan, ensuring authentic quality and traditional craftsmanship.
How do I determine the correct size for my Hakama or Gi?
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. We recommend measuring your height and waist carefully; for Hakama, measurements should be taken from the top of the hip bone to the ankle bone.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide directly from Japan using reliable carriers like DHL, FedEx, and EMS. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected service.
Can I request custom embroidery on my uniform?
Absolutely. We offer professional embroidery services for names and dojo logos in various fonts and colors. Please specify your requirements in the customization section when placing your order.
What is your return policy for customized items?
While we accept returns on standard stock items within 14 days, please note that custom-made products and items with personalized embroidery cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How should I care for my indigo-dyed Kendo equipment?
Genuine indigo dye (Aizome) will bleed initially. We recommend hand-washing in cold water without detergent and hanging to dry in the shade to preserve the color and integrity of the fabric.
