At Tozando International, we stand by the quality of our martial arts equipment and offer a 14-day return period for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized products, such as embroidered uniforms and engraved swords, are not eligible for return.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original condition and include a copy of your invoice along with the provided RMA number clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Item
Send the package via a tracked shipping service to our warehouse in Kyoto; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
